投資策略

主要投資於應對水資源相關挑戰並協助加快轉型至可持續世界的公司，以提高其中期資產價值。子基金時刻將其資產至少75%投資於由在水資源業及相關或關連行業進行其大部份業務，並具有可持續活動和程序的公司所發行的股票及／或等同股票的證券。其餘資產（即其資產的最多25%）可投資於任何其他可轉讓證券（包括參與票據）、貨幣市場工具，亦可將資產不多於15%投資於任何類型債務證券及將資產不多於10%投資於 UCITS 或 UCI。就上述投資限制而言，子基金透過股票市場交易互聯互通機制投資於「中國 A 股」的整體投資不得超出其資產的25%。

• Harry is a co-Portfolio Manager of the Impax Sustainable Infrastructure strategy and the Impax Water Strategy. He joined Impax in 2017, having previously worked for the firm as a consultant assessing portfolio carbon risk. Initially he worked as a Portfolio Specialist gaining in depth knowledge of investee companies and the investment process. In 2021, Harry began work on the creation of Impax’s Sustainable Infrastructure taxonomy, before becoming a Portfolio Manager at launch in October 2022. Harry joined the Water strategy Portfolio Management team on 1 July 2024, having been the lead analyst on several key holdings within the strategy for a number of years prior; with a primary focus on regulated utilities and infrastructure companies.

• Justin co-manages Impax’s Water Strategy and a bespoke fund that blends both the Water and Specialists strategies. He specialises in New Energy, Water and Support Services. Justin researches stocks globally with a particular focus on the Industrials, Utilities and Materials sectors.
  
  Justin joined Impax in July 2009 after working in renewable energy research at New Energy Finance. Prior to moving into the renewable energy sector he worked as an investment analyst for Australian boutique manager Hunter Hall, covering global equities from their London and Sydney offices.
  
  He has a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Queensland and a Masters of Commerce from the University of Sydney. Before moving into finance, he worked as a consulting engineer on water projects and environmental impact studies.
