Mr. Eisinger is a member of the GFICC group. He has been an employee of JPMIM since July 2025, and a portfolio manager for the Fund since July 2025. He is the Head of EM Sovereign Strategy and leads the hard currency debt strategies within the Emerging Markets Debt Team. Prior to JPMIM, he was at Vanguard, where he served as Co-Head of Emerging Markets Active Funds. Prior to that, Mr. Eisinger held key roles at Fidelity Investments (FMR), Deutsche Bank, Fitch, Dun & Bradstreet, and Oxford Economic Forecasting.
Bartlett is vice president at Credit Suisse Asset Management (Australia) Limited. He joined Credit Suisse in January 2005. Bartlett has 10 years of prior experience in credit analysis and debt structuring via BNP and Westpac Institutional Bank. Bartlett holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Turker Hamzaoglu, executive director, is a member of the Global Fixed Income, Currency & Commodities (GFICC) group. Based in London, Turker is a senior EMEA sovereign analyst and is responsible for helping to formulate macro and investment view for global EMD and in particular the EMEA region. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, he wasthe senior economist for Turkey, Middle East and Africa at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Turker holds BSc. in Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and MA in Economics from Bogazici University.
