投資策略

本基金尋求通過主要投資於投資經理認為被低估價值的美國發行人所發行的證券，以達致長期資本增值。投資經理在挑選證券時遵循價值原則，因此尋求購買相對投資經理所估計的內在價值有大幅折讓的證券。投資經理採取長遠投資 方針，一般是長持有期及較少更換投資組合。本基金一般投資於市值高於 50 億美元的公司，但亦會投資於任何規模的公司。

• Reed co-manages the ClearBridge All Cap Value Strategy. He joined a predecessor firm in 2007 and has 14 years of investment industry experience. Prior to his appointment to the Portfolio Management team for the All Cap Value strategy, Reed served as a Senior Portfolio Analyst supporting several related ClearBridge strategies.
  
  Reed earned a BA in Music Composition from the College of William & Mary and an MBA from the Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary. He received the CFA designation in 2010.

• Yu Jean

• Jean Yu is a Managing Director, Portfolio Manager at ClearBridge Investments. Jean co-manages the Value Equity Strategy. She has 20 years of investment industry experience.
  
  Jean joined a predecessor organization in 2002 as a Research Analyst responsible for research in the health care sector as well as transportation logistical companies, industrial gas, and Chinese internet stocks. Previously, she worked as a Senior Business Analyst, managing consulting projects for Fortune 50 clients in the pharmaceutical industry at ISO Health Care Group.
  
  She received an MD from Beijing Medical University, an MBA from Duke University in Health Sector Management and Finance and a PhD in Molecular Biology from Columbia University. Jean received the CFA designation in 2006.
