投資策略

基金的投資目標是透過投資於亞洲及太平洋地區（日本除外），以在資產價值中達致長期資本增長。基金將尋求透過把其資產淨值至少70%投資於已在亞太區（日本除外）註冊成立或在該等地區進行其主要經濟活動的發行人，或在該等國家（包括已發展及新興市場）的交易所上市或買賣的股票及股票相關證券，以達致其投資目標。基金將把其資產淨值最少50%投資於展現正面或持續改善的ESG特性的發行人的股票。基金亦可根據中央銀行的規定，將基金的資產淨值最多 10%投資於集體投資計劃。就投資於中國而言，在任何時候均不可將基金資產淨值多於 20%直接或間接投資於中國A股及B股。

• Kuldeep is the co-manager of Barings Asia Growth Fund and Barings Eastern Trust, and is responsible for stock research for the Indian market. He joined Baring Asset Management in July 2015 from Kotak Asset Management, Mumbai, where he was responsible for researching stocks in the consumer discretionary and materials sectors, as well as the mid cap segment in general. Kuldeep is a CFA charter holder and a Chartered Accountant from Indian Institute of Chartered Accountancy. He received his bachelor degree of Commerce from University of Pune, India, and is fluent in English and Hindi.

• SooHai is the Head of Asia ex-China equities and co-manager of various Asia ex Japan strategies, including Barings ASEAN Frontiers Fund, Barings Asia Growth Fund, Barings Eastern Trust, Barings Korea Trust and Barings Australia Fund. SooHai joined Barings in November 2005, from Daiwa SB Investments (Singapore), where he was country specialist for Australia and Malaysia. Prior to that, he managed Thai and Malaysian equities at Singapore Telecom’s Asset Management department. SooHai graduated from Nanyang Technological University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Accountancy (First Class Hons) Degree and is a CFA charterholder.

• Eunice is the co-manager of various Asia ex Japan products and mandates, including Barings Asia Growth Fund, Barings Eastern Trust and Barings Korea Trust. She also works closely with SooHai Lim in spearheading research and stock selection in the Korean market and technology sector. Eunice joined Barings in June 2007 from Shinyoung Securities, Seoul, where she worked as equity analyst covering Korea. She received a BA from Yonsei University and an MIS from University of Washington. She is fluent in Korean and English.
