本子基金將至少三分之二的總資產，投資於不動產機構所發行的權益證券，以達到長期資本增值的目標。子基金將其總資產最少三分之二，投資於在成熟經濟體（已開發市場）內從事其主要營運活動之公司所發行的股票。
