投資策略

投資於健康護理創新公司，以提高其中期資產價值。子基金時刻將其資產至少75%投資於由促進或受惠於創新科技的全球健康護理公司所發行的股票及／或等同於股票的證券，有關科技包括但不限於基因序列開發、藥物傳遞、微型化技術、生物相容物料、觸感技術及健康護理業的資訊科技。其餘資產（即其資產的最多25%）可投資於任何其他可轉讓證券及貨幣市場工具，惟任何類型債務證券的投資不得超出其資產的15%，及可將其資產不多於 10%投資於 UCITS 或 UCI。

• Chris Fay joined BNP Paribas Asset Management in 2013 from Pioneer Investment Management in Boston where he was a portfolio manager and analyst covering the global health care sector. Prior to that, he was an institutional healthcare consultant with Leerink Swann & Co. and Kendall Strategies Inc. Earlier in his career he was employed by The Massachusetts Department of Public Health as the Chief of Administration and Finance. 
  
  Chris earned his B.A. from the George Washington University. He received a M.S. in Biology from Loyola University of Chicago, a Masters in Public Health from Boston University and an M.B.A. from the Carroll School of Management, Boston College.

• Jon manages the team’s investments in the health care sector and is the lead portfolio manager on its Health Care Innovators strategy . Earlier in his career, Jon spent five years with Pioneer Investments as a portfolio manager, working on a range of growth strategies. Previous to that, Jon was Director of Research with Summer Street Research Partners. Early in his career, he worked with State Street Research & Management as a research analyst covering the health care sector. He earned his BA from the Bucknell University. A member of the CFA Institute, Jon is a CFA charterholder
