本基金旨在主要(即至少70%之资产)透过投资受惠于人口结构改变的全球各地公司股票组合,以达成长期资本增长。投资标的包含但不限于医疗保健与受惠于人口老化之预期寿命成长及新兴市场日渐富裕的消费行业。少于30%的本基金资产得投资于新兴市场。投资经理人投资之重点将较集中于部分特定公司股票,故投资组合分散程度较低。如公开说明书「1.3.2(a)富达永续发展投资框架」一节所述,基金净资产至少50%将投资于被视为保有永续发展特色之证券。本基金将持续考虑多种环境及社会特色。本基金采主动式管理。在选择本基金之投资且为监控风险之目的时,投资经理人将参考MSCI ACWI Index (「指数」),因为该指数之成分代表了本基金所投资之公司类型。本基金之表现可以根据其指数进行评估。投资经理人相较于该指数,具有广泛的裁量权。详请参富达基金部分公开说明书中译本。

Oliver Hextall is a Portfolio Manager for the Fidelity Global Demographics Fund. He began his career at Evercore Partners as a mergers and acquisition analyst before joining Fidelity International (Fidelity) in January 2011. Oliver started his Fidelity career as a Research Analyst covering European aerospace, defence and airlines. He subsequently covered the large cap metals, mining and steel sector from July 2014 to December 2016. Oliver worked on large cap consumer discretionary stocks from October 2016 to October 2022, being appointed as a Co-Portfolio Manager on the global demographics fund in 2019 in a hybrid Portfolio Manager-Research Analyst role on the strength of his performance metrics amongst the analyst group. He assumed full-time Portfolio Manager responsibilities in November 2022. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Classics from Oxford University, United Kingdom.
Aneta Wynimko is the Portfolio Manager for the Fidelity Sustainable Consumer Brands Strategy and a Portfolio Manager for the Fidelity Global Demographics Strategy. Aneta joined Fidelity in 2001 as a Research Analyst. Between 2001 and 2003, she covered European construction, house builders and motorways. She rotated to cover Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) banks between 2003 and 2005. Before studying for her master's in finance at London Business School and subsequently joining Fidelity, Aneta was a Portfolio Manager at ABN Amro (Poland), where she managed Polish equity portfolios.
Alex joined Fidelity as an analyst in September 2010 after having completed his ACA accountancy qualification at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He covered a variety of sectors including energy, medical technology and European large cap banks. He was promoted to a portfolio manager in July 2017 and took over management of the Global Healthcare Fund in October 2017, a move which was as a result of his strong performance metrics among the analyst group.
