本基金力求長線提供高度的總回報，其中一大部分是流動收入。本基金主要(至少以其資產淨值的50%並以100%為限)投 資於下列合資格投資國家的發行人所發行並以不同貨幣計值的政府及公司債券：新興國家、由國際認可信貸評級機構(例 如標準普爾、惠譽或穆迪)評定為Ba或以下或BB或以下評級的國家及屬國際貨幣基金組織(「IMF」)計劃，對IMF有未償 還債務，或已退出IMF計劃不足5年的國家。

• Luis Freitas de Oliveira is a portfolio manager at Capital Group. He is chair of Capital International Sàrl and serves on the Global Solutions Committee. He has 35 years of investment industry experience and has been with Capital Group for 30 years. Earlier in his career,as an equity investment analyst at Capital, Luis covered financial institutions in emerging markets. Before joining Capital, he was a corporate banker for Citibank N.A. in Brazil. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, France, and a bachelor's degree in economics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais,Brazil.Luis is based in Geneva

• Kirstie Spence is a fixed income portfolio manager at Capital Group. She also serves on the Capital Group Management Committee. She has 28 years of investment industry experience, all with Capital Group. Earlier in her career at Capital, Kirstie was a fixed income investment analyst and her coverage included sovereign debt in emerging markets with a focus on Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, as well as European telecommunications as a credit analyst.

• Robert H. Neithart is a fixed income portfolio manager at Capital Group. He is chair of Capital Strategy Research, Inc., and serves on the Fixed Income Management Committee. Rob's investment responsibilities are focused on emerging market debt and global high-income portfolios. He has 34 years of investment experience, all with Capital Group. Rob began his career at Capital as a participant in The Associates Program, a two-year series of work assignments in various areas of the organization. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Occidental College graduating cum laude.
