投資策略

本基金在任何時候將其資產淨值最少85%投資於在美國受監管市場上市或買賣並且由符合下列條件的公司發行的美國股本證券（包括普通股及優先股）：投資經理的(1)財務準則（如下文所述）及(2)其可持續發展與環境、社會及管治（「ESG」）政策（「可持續發展領導者」）。

• Benedict is a Portfolio Manager on the Sustainability Leaders Strategy at ClearBridge Investments. He joined ClearBridge in 2013 and has 11 years of investment industry experience and 5 years of related industry experience. 
  
  Benedict joined ClearBridge as an ESG Research Associate, was named a Portfolio Analyst on the Sustainability Leaders Strategy in 2016 and became a Portfolio Manager in 2024. Prior to joining ClearBridge, he worked as a Research Associate at the World Resources Institute and Senior Research Analyst at Trucost.
  
  Benedict has an M.S.c. in environmental technology from Imperial College London and a B.S.c in biology from the University of Manchester. He is also a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society New York.

• Dimitry is a Portfolio Manager on the Sustainability Leaders Strategy at ClearBridge Investments. He joined ClearBridge in 2014 and has 20 years of investment industry experience.
  
  Dimitry joined ClearBridge as a Sector Analyst covering energy, was named a Portfolio Analyst on the Sustainability Leaders Strategy in 2023 and became a Portfolio Manager in 2024. Prior to joining ClearBridge, Dimitry worked as a Senior Research Analyst for oil service and drilling at Surveyor Capital; Research Analyst for oil service at Goldman Sachs; and Investment Banking Analyst for global energy and power at Merrill Lynch.
  
  Dimitry has a B.A. in economics from New York University. He is also a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society New York.

• Head of Environmental, Social and Governance Investment, Industry since 1996, Firm since 1996, Columbia Business School - MBA, Fordham University - BS, Member of the ClearBridge Investments Proxy Committee. Mary Jane serves on the Board of Directors for the Sustainable Investments Institute (Si2). She is a former Board member of the IRRC Institute and the CFA Society of New York. She is also a former Board member of the Forum for Sustainable and Responsible Investment (US SIF). Mary Jane is a member of the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI) Listed Equities Steering Committee and the ESG Integration Sub-Committee.
