Grant Yun Cheng re-joined Allianz Global Investors in July 2013. At AGI, he was initially the lead PM for various Emerging Markets Equity products such as Emerging Markets Equity and Emerging Markets Dividend. Grant is part of the European Equity Dividend and Value team. He is the portfolio manager of the Global Dividend strategy and is deeply involved in the investment process of dividend and value strategies of the firm and remains as a key contributor of Asia / EM inputs for AGI’s investment platform in Europe. Prior to re-joining AGI, Grant headed the Emerging Market / Asia Equity Team of Union Investment between 2007 and 2013. Grant is CFA charter-holder and has a MA in Economics from Fudan University, China.
Gregor Rudolph-Dengel is a portfolio manager with Allianz Global investors, where he joined in September 2007 as part of the Graduate Trainee Programme. In 2009, he formally joined the European Equity team within the Investment Style Team Value. Since 2013 Gregor is part of the European Equity Dividend and Value team and took over responsibility in 2014 as lead portfolio manager for Allianz Europe Equity Value fund. While starting to be a portfolio manager of the European Equity Dividend strategy in 2016 he is deeply involved in the investment process of dividend and value strategies of the firm. Prior to his career at Allianz Global Investors, he graduated in 2007 with a combined diploma and bachelor's degree in business administration from the European School of Business in Reutlingen and Dublin City University. He has also been a CFA Charterholder since 2011.
Jörg de Vries-Hippen is CIO European Equities as well as Portfolio Manager for the European equity core products. He is also responsible for the Swiss equity funds and has managed them since 1995. Jörg has worked for Allianz Global Investors since 1992. Before joining the European equities team in 1994, he served as Junior Fund Manager for Japanese equities. From 1994 to 2001, Jörg was in charge of Italy, Spain and Switzerland. He later developed our Eurozone franchise. Starting in 2003, he served as team leader for European Large Caps in Frankfurt. In 2007, he was appointed Co-CIO European Equities and took over as sole CIO European Equities in 2010. Jörg obtained his degree in business administration from the University of Mannheim, Germany in 1993, and holds the title of Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA) from the Society of Investment Professionals in Germany (DVFA).
