Intel 以 90 億美元將旗下 NAND 記憶體業務出售給 SK Hynix

早些時候南韓記憶體巨頭 SK Hynix 正式宣佈,將出資 90 億美元將 Intel 的「NAND SSD、NAND 組件和晶圓業務以及位於大連的 NAND 記憶體製造廠」收入麾下。至於近年 Intel 一直在著力開發、推進的 Optane 高速記憶體業務,則仍會被他們繼續保留(不過這項技術其實是 Intel 跟 Micron 共同研發並完全由 Micron 負責製造的)。

當然,這筆交易未來還需要得到各國政府的批准,不過雙方預期在明年晚些時候相關手續便能全部完成。「對 Intel 來說,這筆交易能讓我們把精力進一步集中到差異化的技術之上。」在聲明中 Intel CEO Bob Swan 這麼寫道。
